TSCRA Special Ranger Bart Perrier and Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents are seeking information concerning a bull that was shot in a pasture north of Okemah in Okfuskee County. The shooting was believed to have taken place on or about June 16, 2017. The owner of the black Angus bull originally thought the bull had been injured accidentally, but after the bull’s processing, bullet wounds were discovered.
TSCRA Special Ranger Wayne Goodman, Dist. 10 in North Texas, reports the theft of a horse trailer from a property near Weatherford in Parker County. Sometime after Dec. 23 a thief or thieves broke a lock on a gate and punched a door lock and ignition on a vehicle to gain access to the 2000 Exiss 4-horse slant trailer with dressing room and loading ramp, Texas plate no. TSCRA Special Ranger Bart Perrier, Dist. 4 in Eastern Oklahoma, reports the theft of a Chevy pickup from a barn in McIntosh County near Checotah on Dec. 14. The gray 2006 Chevrolet SK3 extended cab truck bears Oklahoma license plate DUF-223 and VIN no. 1GBJK39U06E251512. The truck also has a Cannonball Engineering hay bed. TSCRA Special Ranger Bart Perrier, Dist 4 in northwest Oklahoma, reports the recent theft of a John Deere tractor in Okmulgee County and 10 head of Limousin cattle and calves from a pasture in Osage County.
TSCRA Special Ranger Kenny Wadsworth is seeking information following two West Texas thefts. The thefts are believed to be unrelated and involve a tractor taken from a property in Crane County near the Ward County line on Nov. 23, 2017; and 21 black branded cow-calf pairs and one bull missing from the Tall City Ranch southeast of Midland.
TSCRA Special Ranger Robin Clark, Dist. 28 in South Texas, reports 2 black bull yearlings missing from a property in Kinney County. Sometime after Oct. 12 a thief or thieves cut fences and entered an unlocked barn to steal a green and yellow 2012 John Deere 5075E open station tractor, serial no 1PY5075ELCB007072, with attached John Deere 533 loader/bucket, serial no. 1P00553XCCX02959; and a white Bar-6 brand 1600-pound capacity PTO-driven feed box with a Central City Scales head unit and a custom 3-point carrier. TSCRA Special Ranger Brett Wellden, Dist. 3 in Central Oklahoma, reports 15 head of calves missing from a property southeast of Rush Springs in Grady County. Last seen on Oct. 27, the 15 head of black unbranded calves have green ear tags in the left ear and weigh 500 to 550 pounds, each. The bred heifers weigh approximately 1000 pounds, each, are black or black with white faces, have a 6 brand on left shoulder and yellow 4-digit ear tag in their left ear.
